ECMS supplied 491 panels of ALPOLIC® metal composite material for 1109 Congress. The panels are part of ECMS’ EC-200 Dry Joint MCM Rainscreen System™.

1109 Congress is a new 69-unit multifamily development. The system provides a sleek, contemporary exterior. It also delivers durability, weather resistance, and long-term performance.

ECMS supported the project from fabrication and logistics through field installation. The team worked closely with United General Contractors and the installation team. This collaboration helped ensure a smooth and successful project from start to finish.
